Ade Okeaya-Inneh SAN

Mr. Ade Okeaya-Inneh graduated from the International University – Europe, Bushey England in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations with a Second Class Upper Division. He then proceeded to the Staffordshire University, Stoke-Upon-Trent, England where he graduated in 1990 with a Bachelor of Law degree also with a 2^nd Class Upper Division and with distinctions in the Law of Evidence and Commercial Law. He thereafter proceeded to Kings College, University of London where he obtained a Masters degree in Law (emphasis on International Commercial Transactions and Public International Law) in 1991. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1992. He worked in the Law Firm of G. O. K. Ajayi (SAN) from 1992 to 1994 and then practiced in the Lagos office of K. S. Okeaya – Inneh & Co. between 1994 and 1998. In 1998 he proceeded to Abuja to set up his Legal practice and in December 2008 he was appointed a Senior Advocate of Nigeria.

Ade Okeaya-Inneh’s practice is mostly in the Appellate Courts in Nigeria. He has been involved as lead Counsel in several cases in the Nigerian Courts of Appeal and Supreme Court. He has argued over 45 interlocutory and final appeals in the Appellate Courts. Mr. Ade Okeaya-Inneh is a Trustee of the Constitutional Rights Development Project.
